The award of the Education national project was got by 16 students of STGAU

On April 2, 2015, in a conference room of the Government of Stavropol Krai the ceremony of delivery of diplomas of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation to owners of an award for support talented youth within the priority national Education project took place.

Following the results of 2014, 80 young residents of the region, among them 16 representatives of the Stavropol state agricultural university became winners of the award. Students depending on the level of achievements got awards at a rate of 60 and 30 thousand rubles. Thus, the most numerous team of six students which members got the raised award, studies at the Stavropol state agricultural university.

Diplomas to winners were handed by the deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation O. M. Kazakova, the Deputy Prime Minister of Krai of I.V. Kuvaldin, the minister of physical culture and sport of Krai I.V. Lavrov and the Minister of Culture of Krai T.I. Likhacheva. Representatives of executive authorities, heads of the educational organizations, teachers, curators and parents of winners, representatives of a student's asset and the youth public also participated in the ceremony.

- The best youth of Stavropol Krai gathered in this hall today. You are young, initiative, active. You are nice future of our country! We hope for you and we believe that you will glorify our Krai and Russia, − Irina Kuvaldina noted in the greeting.

The award for support of talented youth within implementation of the priority national Education project is awarded to citizens of the Russian Federation aged from 14 till 25 years inclusive. Since 2006 during implementation of the priority national Education project awards for support of talented youth were received by 725 residents of Stavropol Krai for the total amount of 25 million 980 thousand rubles.

Awards are paid from the federal budget by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation into personal accounts of winners.
