Week of service and hospitality in the South of Russia - 2015

On April 13, 2015 the Department of Socio-cultural service and tourism opened the week of service and hospitality in the South of Russia. The first event was the theme glamping titled "France in XVIII century." Students from three faculties: Socio-cultural service and tourism, veterinary medicine and technology management [i]were carried to a stylized picnic. The subject of glamping was chosen deliberately, because it was namely France put European traditions of hospitality and culinary art all over the world.

Students of the Department Socio-cultural Service and Tourism introduced the guests with holiday traditions of hospitality and told about the history of famous French cuisine and etiquette of communication in France of the XVIII century.

Then participants were invited to glamping table set in the image of the French "gastronomic meal." After it students had quiz dedicated to France, its history, culture and art. And finally, the best experts of this country received gifts.
