II Southern Forum on bakery was SSAU

On April 16 on the basis of the Stavropol State Agrarian University business leaders bakery were gathered, confectionery and flour production, catering, regulatory bodies, government representatives discussed current issues of the industry bakery in Russia.

Forum was opened with a plenary session, where it was a dialogue about the peculiarities of the development of baking industry in the new economic environment.

Next, participants were divided on a number of discussion forums, where they discussed modern technologies in baking, pastry and milling industry, also talked about the application of the principles of HACCP to food production and the interaction of entrepreneurs with regulatory authorities.

Students of the Faculty of Technology Management - future food production specialists took part in the master class on pastry case.

II South Forum on bakery was ended with adoption of the resolution and signing cooperation agreements.
