The results of the national competition for the best author's research in the field of financial market “Financial Market Instruments for the Agribusiness of the Region” were summed up at the Stavropol State Agrarian University.
The contest was organized by the Finance, Credit and Insurance Department of the Stavropol State Agrarian University with the assistance of LLC "Sojuzinvest" (representative of "FINAM", Stavropol), LTD "Company BrokerCreditService" additional office "Stavropol", the Saratov State Agrarian University, the Voronezh State Agricultural University.
The competition was held in order to improve the educational process, improve the level of professional training of future specialists, development of creative abilities of students and their skills of independent research work. The event was attended by students of agricultural universities from different cities of Russia: Saratov, Perm, Smolensk, Cheboksary, Stavropol, Nalchik, Krasnodar, Ulyanovsk.
Students represented their works by one of six categories: "Financial market and its participants", "Currency markets", "Credit market and its segments, "The securities market, insurance market, precious metals market".
Works were evaluated by a professional jury from among the leading scientists and specialists of the region. The Chairman is the Dean of the Accounting and Finance Department, professor Elena Ivanovna Kostyukova.
