On the 70th anniversary of the great Victory: they contributed to the Victory

On April 30, 2015 at the Farm Electrification Faculty a scientific-practical conference "Spiritual and scientific-technical components of the great Victory"was held, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War and the 85th anniversary of the Stavropol State Agrarian University. It was organized by the Dean's office of the Farm Electrification Faculty (Dean-associate professor Sh. G. Gabrielyan, Deputy Dean for research, assistant teacher M. A. Mastepanenko) and associate professor of Philosophy and History Department N. A. Kanz. The student audience was presented by the first-year students of the Farm Electrification and Farm Mechanization Faculties.

S. G. Gabrielyan welcomed the participants of the conference, then some presentations were made by students: Sergey Pisarenko -"Arms at the Great Patriotic War and the contribution of physicists to the Victory”, Alexander Lukyanchenko -"Women and war", Nikita Mezin -"Young guard", Sergey Pivovarov - "Children of war". Scientific supervisor – associate professor N. A. Kanz. Then there was the movie "Stalingrad" followed by a discussion of its key points.

Guests and participants of scientific-practical conference were united in the understanding of the patriotism of defenders of the Motherland during the Great Patriotic War. Their feat is immortal example of the struggle of the strong, brave and dedicated people.
