In Stavropol State Agrarian University was held Stage III of All-Russian competition for the best scientific work among students and young scientists of higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation Ministry of Agriculture. Young scientists have arrived in Stavropol from 26 universities of the Russian Federation, among them there were representatives of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Rostov, Belgorod, Voronezh, Ivanovo, Novosibirsk, Orel, Penza, Ryazan, Leningrad, Ulyanovsk, Chelyabinsk and Yaroslavl regions, Kabardino-Balkarian Republic and Krasnodar Territory.
Protection of scientific papers was held in two directions. In the category "Agroengineering" students represented their development, and in the "Engineering" category graduate students of universities of the Ministry of Agriculture represented their works.
Previously, all over the country were held regional stages of the competition for the best scientific work among students and graduate students of universities of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia. The competition has been holding since 2007 and includes three stages. First the best participants in high school are chosen, then they defend their work at the level of the Federal District. At last the third stage to the Stavropol came 36 young scientists who have become winners of the regional stages.
