Students of SSAU conquered the jury of the festival “On the banks of the Moskva River”

A lot of awards were brought by a delegation of students of Stavropol State Agrarian University from the open festival of student creativity of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia “On the banks of the Moskva River”. It took place from 25 to 29 May 2015 on the basis of the Russian State Agrarian University named after K.A. Timiryazev.

The festival “On the banks of the Moskva River”, a grandiose celebration which unites young people throughout the country, was already the third for agricultural universities in Russia. The main purpose of the event is to create conditions for realization of creative potential and improvement of aesthetic education of students.

The festival was held in 6 fields: music, dance, theater, original genre, journalism and photo contest. About one and a half thousand people participated in the creative festival. About a thousand participants came from 40 agricultural universities of Russia.

At the opening ceremony of the festival there was read an address to the participants from the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Alexander Tkachev. – This forum, says the statement, brought together creative aspiring representatives of agricultural universities from different parts of Russia. It is gratifying to note that the future specialists in the field of agriculture are not only actively developing new knowledge and skills but also reach heights in the field of music, dance, theater, art and journalism. Such a wide range of interests is the key to success in professional work and in life. I sincerely wish you good health, good mood, bright impressions and brilliant victories! At the end of the festival the student of the Faculty of Economics Tatyana Larina and step-group “Golden Fox” became winners of the first degree, student of the Faculty of Technological Management Svetlana Sevastyanova and student of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance received diplomas of the laureates of the second degree, and the group “Stylish things” presented at the festival several dance compositions and became a double winner of the third degree.
