Stavropol State Agrarian University held a competition of research projects "Innovation of the food industry", dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the University. Organized by the Department of production and processing technology of agricultural products of Technological Management Faculty. The competition is aimed at stimulating research, practically meaningful, creative activity of students, postgraduates and young scientists, the identification and implementation of strategic and breakthrough ideas and projects that are of great interest and importance for development of food industry in Russia.
The Organizing Committee received 25 applications from students, postgraduate students, undergraduates and teachers of the Stavropol and Krasnodar territories, the Volgograd region, the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Expert Committee decided on the following winners:

3rd prize – T. Bagrintseva (Stavropol State Agrarian University), O. Nikonova (Volgograd State Technical University).
Nomination "Post graduate students, undergraduates"
1st prize – M. Vodrazskova (Volgograd State Technical University);
2nd prize – T. Yunusova (Kazan National Research Technological University); A. Gaydaychuk (Volgograd State Technical University);
3rd prize – T. Grevtsova (Volgograd State Technical University).
Nomination "Teachers (research assistants) at the age under 35 years"
1st prize – R. S. Omarov (Stavropol State Agrarian University);
2nd prize – A. A. Nesterenko (Kuban State Agrarian University);
3rd prize – D. Yu. Verevkina (Stavropol Institute of Cooperation (affiliate), of the Belgorod University of Cooperation, Economics and Law).
