Students and teachers of SSAU - winners of scientific conferences - are invited to participate in the regional competition of young scientists "Innovative ideas of the youth of the North Caucasus - the development of the Russian economy." The event takes place in the framework of the program "UMNIK" Federal Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Science and Technology in 2015. The purpose - revealing of young scientists from 18 to 28 years old, seeking self-realization through innovation, encouraging mass participation of young people in science, technology and innovation through organizational and financial support for innovative projects. Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Science and Technology R & D projects financed by the implementation of the winners of the program, proposed the idea of an innovative product and / or services that are not available, but may be in demand in the Russian market. Financing is planned for two years, in the amount of 200 thousand rubles per participant per year.
