Five students of SSAU presented our Territory at the final of the National Prize "Student of the Year 2015"

In the Stavropol region completed the regional stage of the National Prize "Student of the Year - 2015". The jury determined the best students of the Stavropol region in the following nominations: "Mind", "The Creative Personality of the Year," "Athlete of the Year", "Journalist of the Year", "Volunteer of the Year", "Social activists", "The International Student of the Year", "Discovery of the Year" "Student Leader of the Year" and the Grand Prix "Student of the Year." 43 applications were sent to the six universities of the Stavropol Territory.

The jury consisted of: Chairman of the regional branch of the ASO Russia in the Stavropol region, Nikolai Golovin, a leading specialist of the Department of Youth Policy of the Ministry of Education and Youth Policy of the Stavropol Territory- Anna Dudarik, first secretary of the regional branch of the RYU in the Stavropol region Ilya Yurchishin, the main expert of the Center for Youth Projects Alexander Voiskovoy.

As a result, the winners of the regional stage of the award were the following students of the Agrarian University:

- In the nomination of "Intellect of the year" - student of the Electricity Faculty Alexander Gurkovsky;

- In the nomination "Sportsman of the Year" - student of Socio-Cultural Service and Tourism Tatiana Medvedeva;

- In the nomination "public men of the year" - student of the Technological Management Faculty Veronica Belousova;

- In the nomination "Discovery of the Year" - student of the Accounting and Finance Faculty Natalya Radaeva;

- In the nomination "Volunteer of the Year" - student Accounting and Finance Faculty Inna Kuliyeva.

The organizers of the regional stage are: Regional Branch "Association of students and student associations of Russia" in the Stavropol region, regional branch of the "Russian Union of Youth" in the Stavropol Territory, the Ministry of Education and Youth Policy of the Stavropol Territory.

The founders of the award are the Ministry of Education and Science; Government of the Republic of Tatarstan; Russian public organization "Russian Union of Youth"; All-Russian public youth movement "Association of students and student associations in Russia."

Now merits of Agricultural University students will be evaluated by the expert council at the All-Russia correspondence stage. According to its results in late October will be selected not more than 40 participants in each nomination for participation in the All-Russian internal phase of the Prize. It will be held from 13 to 18 of November in Samara at the forum "Students' Russia"
