Winners of "UMNIK" honoured in the Duma of Stavropol Territory

On October 21, 2015 in the State Duma of Stavropol Territory there was held a solemn awarding ceremony of the winners of federal program "UMNIK - 2015". The event was a part of the regional scientific-practical conference "Innovative ideas of the youth of the North Caucasus for the development of the Russian economy."

Young scientists and inventors were congratulated by the chairman of the Duma of Stavropol Territory Yuri Belyi, chairman of the Duma Committee of Stavropol Territory for Education and Science, Professor Ludmila Kuzyakova, deputy chairman of the Government of Stavropol Territory, the Minister of Economic Development Andrei Y. Murga, Deputy Chairman of the Government of Stavropol Territory, Irina Kuvaldina, minister of education and youth policy of Stavropol Territory Evgeny Kozyura, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Stavropol Territory Sergey Ridnyi.

The winners were also greeted by rectors of higher educational institutions of the city of Stavropol Rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University, Professor Vladimir Trukhachev, rector of the North Caucasus Federal University Alina Levitskaya, Rector of Stavropol State Pedagogical Institute Lyudmila Redko, rector of Stavropol State Medical University Vladimir Koshel.

In the final stage of the competition, 31 participants from Stavropol State Agrarian University presented their works. Cherished statuette of the UMNIK of the Russian Federation and 400 thousand for the implementation of their scientific ideas bnecame 10 winners:

- Maxim G. Barsukov (Faculty of Accounting and Finance) with the work "Development of a web-portal «DOM2Parse» using the author's heuristic algorithm of interactive overview of global resources« # Tag2Advertisement »based on client-server technology," H 1 "Information Technology";

- Ivan Yu. Ermolaev (Faculty of Economics) - "Development of dynamic plug-in for the browser Firefox, allowing parse Internet resources and form the basis of their database for commercial use," H 1 "Information Technology";

- Fedor N. Zavyalik (Faculty of Farm Mechanization) - "The development of interactive applications for student learning and youth work on the equipment of digital production center of youth innovative creativity," H 1 "Information Technology";

- Dmitry Melnikov (Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources) - "Development of GIS technology of information and consulting services for the needs of agricultural producers of Stavropol Territory in the crop growing," H 1 "Information Technology";

- Dmitry Znamensky (Faculty of Farm Mechanization) - "The development of new technology of hardening helical coil springs differing by increased resource," H 3 "Modern materials and technologies of their creation";

- Danil Kuznetsov (Faculty of Farm Mechanization) - "Improving the efficiency of the grinding feed stalked," H 4 "New devices and hardware systems";

- Anna Shunina (Farm of Electric Power Engineering) - "Digital information-measuring and control system for power factor correction devices with non-linear loads," H 4 New tools and hardware systems;

- Maria German (Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources) - "Development of technology for the production of wines in the biological conditions of Stavropol Territory", H 5 "Biotechnology";

- Valeria Klyushnikova (Faculty of Veterinary Medicine) - "Development of techniques for the preparation and cultivation of dermal fibroblasts of guinea pig", H 5 "Biotechnology";

- Ekaterina Sokolova (Faculty of Veterinary Medicine) - "Development and application of a new iron-dextran drug in veterinary medicine," H 5 "Biotechnology."

Three contestants of SSAU earned the title of "UMNIK" of Stavropol Territory":

- Marina Berezhnaya (Faculty of Accounting and Finance) with the work "Development of an automated information system (web site) for the generation of business ideas and innovation in the agricultural sector both in Russian and foreign markets," H 1 "Information Technology";

- Elena Savelieva (Faculty of Electric Power Engineering) - "Development of methods and means of diagnostics of power electrical equipment," H 4 "New devices and hardware systems";

- Anzhelika Khoroshiltseva (Faculty of Ecology and Landscape Architecture) - "Restoration of populations of rare and endangered medicinal plants using intensive breeding methods," H 5 "Biotechnology."
