The regular training for specialists of food enterprises of the region within the framework of the grant of the Ministry of Education and Science of departmental target program of training technical personnel in the years 2015-2016, Stavropol State University. Its purpose - to provide information and practical experience on topical issues in a rational approach to the creation, maintenance and improvement of food safety management.

The training program included a visit to the company of "EMF Bogorodsky" (meat-packing plant "Okraina"). It is the youngest producer of meat products in Moscow region. It was built in Noginsk district of Moscow region in 2006. Production capacity of is limited to 30 tons of products per day, allowing to provide the conditions for the release of natural and safe meat products. In 2008, the company implemented the system HACCP - meat ("Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points"). Implementation of HACCP system is mandatory for food companies in the US, Canada, Japan, EU countries. HACCP system (HACCP-Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point), the Russian equivalent - Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, is a good model for the management of quality and safety in food enterprises, it is successfully used in most developed countries.

Classes are conducted by specialists of the company: Deputy General Director V.L. Litovchenko, head of certification and standardization of L.V. Luzhin, Chief of Food production E.S. Bolotov. They are acquainted with the practical experience of LLC "EMF Bogorodsky" for the organization and implementation of measures to ensure product safety in accordance with HACCP.

At the end of the program participants receive personal certificates.
