On January 26, a round table was held in the Stavropol City Duma to discuss the state and development of the volunteer movement in the city of Stavropol. In the Boiling Point of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, the grand opening of the I Gathering of the regional branch of the Russian movement of children and youth "Movement of the First" of the Stavropol Territory called "Uniting Dreams" took place. The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine hosted a career guidance event for schoolchildren “Anatomy and Physiology of Cats. Features of the body. Myths and legends about cats”, aimed at promoting the federal project “Professionality”, as well as within the framework of the program “Priority 2030”. 80 years have passed since the liberation of Stavropol from the Nazis. The city was under the rule of the Nazis for 170 days - from August 1942. The Stavropol Agrarian University did not stay away from the celebration of the memorable date. Veterans of military operations spoke at the lesson of courage: the chairman of the regional council of the Stavropol regional public organization of veterans of war, labor, the armed forces, law enforcement agencies, the chairman of the council of elders under the chairman of the Duma of the Stavropol Territory - Karabut Alexey Pavlovich, a retired major general, a veteran of the armed forces of Russia - Belchenko Vasily Fedorovich, Deputy Chairman of the Stavropol Council of Veterans, veteran of the Russian armed forces - Sergey Ivanovich Ostrikov, member of the presidium of the council of veterans of the Leninsky district of Stavropol, retired lieutenant colonel, veteran of the Russian armed forces - Sereda Evgeny Ivanovich. They talked about the feats of Stavropol soldiers, teenagers and women, about the contribution of the battle for the Caucasus to the victory in the Great Patriotic War, about the importance of preserving memory and not distorting the events of the war years.

In the library of SSAU, employees of the Department of Philosophy held a round table dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Stavropol.

Students of the Accounting and Finance Faculty took part in the III Eurasian Youth Project School "Space of the World Economy: Ideas, Strategies, Interaction", where they presented strategies for the entry of agricultural products and goods of the South of Russia into the Eurasian Economic Space.

On the eve of the Chinese New Year, a new episode of the Tasty Meeting program for the Russia-1 TV channel was filmed at the Faculty of Social and Cultural Services and Tourism. The guest of the TV show was the Chinese language teacher at SSAU Li Yan.

Students of the Department of Entrepreneurship and World Economy successfully defended their papers on the topic "Promotion of export projects to foreign markets in Asia and Africa."

In March 2022, Stavropol State Agrarian University won a federal grant and became a participant in the "Professionality" pilot project. Since September, hundreds of children have been studying under the new accelerated educational program. Can the experiment on the introduction of programs be considered successful and what are its prospects?

Students of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance together with the Center for Employment and Career Development of SSAU visited the project office of the Center for Employment of the Population of Stavropol, where they took part in group work on social adaptation in the labor market.
