Training “Setting goals and ways to find a job” for students of the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education

The educational block was held as part of the regional championship of professional skills “Young Professionals” (WorldSkills Russia). During the training, the participants worked out the SMART goal setting technology. For practical consolidation, the students independently formulated and wrote several goals related to personal growth, professional self-realization and socially significant activities.

Round table “Management of socio-economic development of the territory: personnel aspect” with the participation of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory

Regional competitions in freestyle wrestling among youths

In Stavropol, on the basis of the Sports Palace “Spartak”, the Championship of the Stavropol Territory in sports (freestyle) wrestling among men was held. Stavropol athletes competed for the awards of the regional tournament in 10 weight categories. The tournament brought together about 150 strongest athletes from all over the region. The competitions were very spectacular and interesting, as the winners and prize-winners of the Championship are awarded the sports category “Candidate for Master of Sports”. According to the results of the competition, all athletes who won prizes were awarded certificates and medals.

The headquarters of the consolidated student groups “Agrarian” is one of the largest public youth organizations in the Stavropol State Agrarian University. Student teams are a huge educational potential, one of the most effective models for involving student youth in labor and economic activities. The headquarters of the SG “Agrarian” includes 11 detachments, with a total number of more than 1100 people.

Presentation of grants from Stavropol State Agrarian University in the field of science and innovation to young scientists

Stavropol State Agrarian University solemnly awarded the winners and participants of the competition for a grant from Stavropol State Agrarian University in the field of science and innovation. The grant program was re-launched in 2021 and covered young scientists, undergraduates, and graduate students in various educational areas. At the end of 2021, 9 grants of 60 thousand rubles each were awarded.

Visit of SSAU employees to production site for the purpose of further joint work

Visit of representatives of Stavropol State Agrarian University to the greenhouse complex "Solnechny Dar" in order to establish a strategic partnership in the field of practice-oriented training of students of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources. The greenhouse complex "Solnechny Dar" is one of the largest greenhouse farms in Russia. The company specializes in year-round production of vegetables. The production area is located in the Stavropol Territory and amounts to 83.27 hectares, on which more than 38,000 tons of tomatoes are grown annually.
